The service
MODAME is a personal styling application and this website, operated by MODAME APP PTY LTD. These terms govern both. Using either means you accept them — and we have tried to make them worth accepting.

Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping access to them private. One account is for one person's wardrobe; households may share a device, but a wardrobe profile is personal.

Your content
You retain ownership of everything you add — photographs, garments, notes and preferences. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it for you, and nothing broader. We claim no rights over your style, your images or your data.

Our content
The MODAME name, interface, reasoning language and editorial material belong to us. You may quote reasonably and share screenshots with credit; you may not replicate the product or its brand.

Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; do not upload content that is unlawful or belongs to someone else; do not use the service to harass. We may suspend accounts that do, with notice where the law requires it.

Availability and subscriptions
MODAME is provided as-is and as-available. We aim for reliability but software has weather too. Where paid membership exists, its price and features are stated plainly in the app; changes are announced before they apply, and refunds follow the platform's rules plus our own goodwill.

Liability
MODAME gives styling guidance, not professional advice of any regulated kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app at least 30 days ahead. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: hello@modame.app.
